What happens after my new brand is complete?

You’ll receive a complete set of brand assets and guidelines, along with a handoff meeting to ensure you know how to use them effectively. We can also help you apply your new brand to your website, social media, email signatures, and marketing materials for a smooth rollout.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Can I be involved in the creative process?

We couldn’t do it without you! Collaboration is key to our process and you know your brand better than anyone else. Our initial meeting is all about understanding you and what your goals are for your brand. Throughout the design process you’ll have opportunities to share input at key milestones so the final outcome feels authentic to your business.

What does the branding process look like?

We follow a proven multi-step process:

  1. Discovery & Strategy – Understand your story, audience, and goals.

  2. Concept Development – Explore and refine creative directions.

  3. Design & Feedback – Craft and polish your visual identity.

Delivery & Implementation – Provide final assets and brand guidelines. This ensures every decision is strategic and collaborative.

Do you take into consideration both print and digital applications of the brand?

Absolutely. Every identity we create is designed to perform seamlessly across mediums from business cards and brochures to websites and social media. Depending on your needs, we take into consideration different applications and we’ll design logo variations that fit various spaces. For example, the logo you’ll need for a lanyard will have a different configuration than the logo you would use for a flyer. You’ll receive the right file formats and specifications for each use.

What if I just want to expand on my current logo (colors, fonts, etc.)?

We can build upon your existing logo by developing a more complete brand identity system. This often includes a color palette, type pairings, supporting graphics, and brand guidelines to ensure consistent use across print and digital platforms.

What if I just want a brand refresh instead of a full rebrand?

No problem! We often work with clients who already have a strong foundation and just need modernizing. A brand refresh might include updating your colors, typography, or refining your logo to make your visuals feel more current—without starting over completely.

Do you offer expedited branding services?

Yes, we can accommodate accelerated timelines when needed. If you’re working toward a launch, event, or other deadline, we can prioritize your project and streamline the process. Expedited services do require an additional fee, and availability depends on our current production schedule. If you have a tight timeline, let us know and we’ll walk you through the best options.

How long does the branding process take?

Most full branding projects take about 8–12 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. This includes discovery, strategy, design, feedback rounds, and implementation. The exact timeline depends on your responsiveness and the number of deliverables included.
